We still confirm the final price around the actual property and the work you want done. The aim is to avoid surprises, not hide the price until the last minute.

The biggest difference is usually not the postcode. It is how much work is actually in the property.
A few real-world ways to think about the quote
A regular weekly clean
A two-hour weekly visit starts from £48. If the home needs longer, has multiple bathrooms or has a larger priority list, we agree a realistic visit length before the booking.
A home that has fallen behind
If there is heavy grease, limescale or long-term build-up, a regular maintenance clean is usually the wrong starting point. We may recommend a deep clean first, then move to regular visits afterwards.
An end of tenancy job
Move-out cleaning is priced around the whole property and what must be ready for handover. Oven interiors, carpets, heavy build-up and other extras can change the final figure.
A short-let turnover
Turnovers depend on bedrooms, bathrooms, linen, restocking, access and the gap between guests. A small straightforward turnover can start from £55, while larger or more involved properties will be higher.
Common pricing questions
Why do you show starting prices instead of one fixed price?
Because two homes with the same number of bedrooms can need very different amounts of work. We would rather show a realistic starting point and then confirm the job properly than advertise a low headline price that changes later.
Can you give me a fixed price before the cleaner arrives?
Yes, for one-off, deep, end of tenancy and turnover jobs we aim to agree the price from the property details, condition and requested extras before the clean is confirmed.
Do regular cleaning prices change if I book more often?
Frequency matters. Weekly visits are easier to maintain than occasional cleans, so our weekly guide rate is slightly lower than fortnightly or one-off cleaning.
Are oven and fridge interiors included?
Not automatically. Appliance interiors can take a meaningful amount of time, so we agree them as extras where required.
Can I send photos for a more accurate quote?
Yes. Photos are particularly useful for deep cleans, end of tenancy work and any property with significant build-up. They help us avoid guessing.
